How do you do that magic you do?

 

It's not quite as easy as it looks.  Kolbe Striping has over 35 different product lines - all focused on Roadway Markings.  Some examples include a Thermoplastic you heat to the surface of the road, to Preformed Plastic which sticks to the road (think supersized roll of 3M Scotch Tape), to your basic paint, to a 2 part Epoxy spray.  To complete this we utilize all types of co-workers including basic laborers to highly specialized CDL Drivers.

 

We heavily rely on a training program to not only acclimate our newest co-workers, but also to help our oldest co-workers to continue to grow.  Training and further education do not stop at Kolbe Striping.  We are constantly updating our processes and procedures, but also ensuring we have adequate staff to handle the new products that we offer.  

 

Altogether, with proven products and co-workers that excel in their abilities, it allows KSI to continue to be the leader in the market.
